Ministry Paradigm
Catalyst’s philososphy of ministry starts with the Triune God who reveals Himself truthfully, lovingly, and relationally, quickens within us a devotion to Him through our practical ministries of gathering, growing, and going, and transforms us into the likeness of Jesus Christ.
Catalyst seeks
to have ministries that are simple,effective, and reflective of the the
three major activities of a Biblical church: worship, discipleship, and
evangelism.
Catalyst refuses
to fall prey to the idea that worship, discipleship and evangelism are
separate categories/experiences in the Christian life.
